These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement (the "End User License Agreement" or "EULA") between you and Earth Collective ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the ForkFox mobile application and related services ("the App"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. ForkFox has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that violates these Terms is removed, and users who post it are removed from the platform. Every review includes tools to report content and block users, and we act on reports within 24 hours.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ForkFox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We present these Terms to you for acceptance before you register or sign in. Your continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ForkFox. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the App under any applicable law.
3. Your Account
To use certain features you must create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Profile settings or by contacting us at hello@forkfox.ai.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
5. User-Generated Content
ForkFox lets you create content, including dish reviews, ratings, written text, ambience tags, and photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Earth Collective a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own it or have the necessary rights to post it, and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.
6. Objectionable Content & Prohibited Conduct
ForkFox has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree NOT to post, share, upload, or distribute any content, and NOT to engage in any conduct, that:
- Is spam, a scam, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading;
- Contains hate speech, slurs, or harassment of any individual or group;
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, depicts nudity, or sexualizes or targets minors;
- Threatens, incites, or promotes violence, self-harm, or activity that endangers others' safety;
- Impersonates another person or entity, or engages in doxxing or sharing of others' private information;
- Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringes any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right; or
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
You also agree not to abuse, harass, stalk, or intimidate other users. Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of your content and termination of your account without notice.
7. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation
We provide tools, on every review, to keep the community safe:
- Report. Every review has a Report option you can use to flag objectionable content and tell us why.
- Block. Every review has a Block option. When you block a user, their content is removed from your feed immediately, and we are notified of the block.
We review every report and act within 24 hours. When content is found to violate these Terms, we remove it and eject the user responsible from the platform. We may take these actions at our discretion, with or without prior notice, to protect users and the integrity of the service.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, post objectionable content, abuse other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses you have granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dish rankings, restaurant data, operating hours, and other information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. User Content reflects the views of the users who post it, not Earth Collective. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earth Collective and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, for significant changes, provide notice within the App and may ask you to re-accept the Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
